At Teadog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium tea selection, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed products. Due to the nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on opened packages to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your tea or accessories are in their original, unopened packaging and that the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
